手のひらに収まる愛らしいサイズ（直径10cm前後・約300g〜350g）で、一般的な大きめのかぼちゃと比べて包丁がすっと入りやすく、硬くて切るのが大変という負担を軽やかにしてくれます。しっかり手に収まる大きさのためカット時も持ちやすく、毎日の下ごしらえがとてもスムーズです。

小ぶりなフォルムの中に栗のようにホクホクとした濃密な旨味とやさしい甘みが凝縮されています。

有機栽培ならではの特長として青臭さが少なく、皮がとても薄いため、気にならない方はサッと洗って皮ごとそのままお料理にお使いいただけます。

・保存とお取り扱い：丸ごとの状態であれば、風通しの良い涼しい暗所で長期間保存していただけます。カットした後は種とワタを取り除き、ラップで密閉して冷蔵庫の野菜室で保管してください。
